Club Sandwich

On Wednesday 20th of May we mad a club sandwich 3 layer.
The first thing is before you start you have to wash your hand with soap or with hand sanitizer first and dettol spray on your table too before you put the board on the table. Then get a white chop
ping board and black knife, then i get 6 slide of bread so 4 slide of white bread sandwich and 2 of honey grain bread put on the board and get the margarine put on the bread then get a ham put no the bread too and put on the ham and then tomato and lettuce ate late we take the bread put in too done then cut and half put on the plate.

                                    Food safety

For the food safety we should contamination it just following the introduction in the workplace. 

 I just choose a white board after that i just take the bread put on the board, all bread it should be have 6 slide but in my group i choose 4 slide is white bread sandwich and 2 slide is honey grain sandwich.

                                    Health safety

just before you hand touch meat or other food you have to wash your hand with soap first and put the apron on then we take the dettol spray on the table to clean then get stuff to get ready to start first thing get the white board and then get 6 slide of the bread then just following the introduction that.
