  • Bright Red
  • Fat creamy white
  • No smell

  •  Onion - Dirt free smelled good and hard
  • Carrot -  hard orange cut into matchsticks peeled and washed
  • Cucumber - firm and green then wash and slice 
  • Capsicum - wash Red Crunchy
  • Lettuce - Crisp

  • Cheese - no mould and not clumpy 
  • Sauce - mayo,1 tablespoon of sweet chilli, BBQ sauce


How long was the grilled item grilled for and at what temp?
Cook for 5 minutes in the grill plate on heat setting 3 

How do you know it's cooked? What are the key indicators you are looking for? Because the meat has changed from being  bright red to a brown colour.

The meat has changed from bright red to brown colour.


What did you serve with the grilled item eg condiments (sauces) and additional foods
I served onion, capsicum, Carrot, Cucumber and lettuce.
I also served BBQ sauce with the meal.

Food safety what should i do in the contamination is just following the introduction of work about the: Chopping boards is have to many colour like
  •  Red board use for meat like beef/steak 
  • White board use for bread/rolls etc.
  • Green board use for vegetables & fruits   
  • Browne board use for cook  it mean when the meat is already cook 
  • For the knife we have difference colour for use like
  • Red knife we use for steak/beef ,red meat etc.
  • Green knife use for cut vegetables & fruits 
  • Black knife use for bread roll etc.
before we touch the meat and after we have to wash your hand with soap.     


Health safety

I carry my knife hold it down by my side slow down and walk. well the grill plate turn it on someone watching it all the time, when we cook the meat we  watch all the time too because be careful the meat is burn.
